Wisconsin Grows Turnover 40% with B2B Ordering System!

Wisconsin Supply (the supply arm to Burger Wisconsin stores nationwide) has grown turnover over 40% after putting in an iSAMS (Internet Sales & Management System) business to business (B2B) supply chain & logistics automation system from EstarOnline.

Since introducing the iSAM system Wisconsin has been able to pick up significant additional clients on top of the burger outlets they have traditionally serviced.

According to Wisconsin's managing director Mick Davenport his restaurant clients like the option of entering orders on the web at any time of the night or day. The availability of a complete and up to date online catalogue also provides considerable benefit as a prompt to the goods each store needs to replenish. The ability to repeat a previous order with a couple of clicks of the mouse also simplifies the ordering process.

"One of the nice things is that upon completion of the order on the web the clients get a return e-mail as a record of what they have ordered -- in this way mistakes can be corrected early and the client has a record of what they ordered. Previously, when leaving orders via phone message they used to make more mistakes and have trouble remembering the next day whether they really did ask for that extra bottle of sauce."
