Buying Gets Easier With Ezibuy Website Relaunch!
Fashion retailer EziBuy is stepping up its already successful e-commerce operation with the launch of its revamped website this week.
EziBuy already has one of the biggest e-commerce sites in Australasia, with over 75,000 unique visitors per month and sending over 15,000 parcels each month.
The company expects the website will lead to accelerated online sales, at least doubling the current volumes.
“We believe the website will deliver a far better customer experience in many ways,” says Grant Jennings, EziBuy’s General Manager Marketing.
“Shopping through the site provides lots of new benefits. Perhaps the most important is the updating of stock availability in real time, which means if it shows on the website, it’s available.
“We also tend to see a higher average order when customers order online, and with the new cross-selling features on the site we’d expect to see that rise even further.”
He says that when planning the overhaul of its existing website, EziBuy looked to successful overseas e-commerce sites across many industries.
“We’ve added a range of functions that, among other things, enable shoppers to read other customers’ reviews of products, see what else people who bought a certain item also bought and receive suggestions for other items that will match a particular garment.”
As part of the launch of the new website Ezibuy will be introducing a new affiliate programme, conduct search engine marketing to attract new customers to the site.
