Ecommerce & Digital Specialist - Partner Manager
This is an outstanding opportunity for a talented individual to join Australasia’s leading Online Shopping Platform Provider!
We are seeking an experienced ecommerce and Digital Technology Specialist to assist us to further develop our “complimentary service provider” (CSP) - partner program. This requires developing close working relationships with internal stakeholders, as well as external brand, design, advertising, search and analytics agencies. The successful candidate will have a clear understanding of emerging digital technologies and trends. They must be able to identify opportunities and work with our chosen partners to drive sales growth for our customers.
Our ideal candidate will have an existing knowledge of ecommerce markets; as well knowledge of digital agency and other complimentary vendor capability in both Australia and New Zealand.
We are seeking someone that has:
- Exceptional problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to understand and articulately interpret emerging technology trends in to opportunities that ultimately will provide business solutions and sales growth for our customers.
Our ideal candidate for this position will:
- Most likely have a marketing degree (however this is not a prerequisite), or similar, with at least 5 years experience in the digital or ecommerce space.
- Have an understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, as well underlying technologies relevant to ecommerce service delivery. (You will not be required to provide these services!)
- Understand how social media, mobile and advanced content development technologies can assist sales growth.
- Have the ability to develop partner relationships with digital media agencies and design partners that will lead to additional sales growth for our customers.

- A Bachelors degree in computer science or related discipline
- Experience with OO development using C#, VB.NET, Java or similar
- Knowledge and experience with the Microsoft .NET Framework
- Experience working with relational databases (such as SQL Server)
- Strong knowledge of XML, XSLT, JavaScript, HTML and associated web technologies
