Fixes and updates that have been applied this week:

  • Dispatch point groups to show the number of orders for processing on the stock required page when limits are applied
  • Performance enhancements applied to routing and reporting processes for a more efficient user experience.
  • Enhancement to existing catalogue mapping feature, allowing mapping rules to consider existing catalogue mapping.

Fixes and updates that have been applied this week:

  • Introduced a new deferred data removal process to improve database performance and prevent timeouts during “Add to Cart” operations. This enhancement safely manages data deletion asynchronously, reducing system load and improving reliability.
  • Backorder processing has been streamlined to make order handling faster and more efficient.
  • Enhanced Picklist creation performance when there is a high volume of orders.

Fixes and updates that have been applied this week:

  • Enhanced picklist form to show total number of single-item orders when viewing a picklist.
  • Add new field in Latitude configuration manager to allow client to specify recipient email list for error notifications.
  • Product pages will now load correctly when product information records contain non-numeric catalogue IDs.
  • Fixed the Refresh button from taking the customer back to the Dispatch Dashboard instead of the current step they are on in the Process and Dispatch journey.
  • Fixed image selection issue in new expressive editor.

Packing Grid Printing Enhancement

The new Packing Grid Printing feature reduces paper use and streamlines the shipping process by consolidating multiple orders onto a single printable page. Each grid displays essential order details—including barcode, order number, pigeonhole number, and order type—supporting easy identification and scanning. Once printed, orders automatically advance to the next status (e.g., “Ship Screen”), enabling a smoother transition to dispatch. This enhancement improves efficiency, supports sustainable printing practices, and ensures seamless integration with shipping tools like Starshipit.

Fixes and updates that have been applied this week:

  • Improve accuracy of sitemap data by utilising the actual date items were changed in the generated sitemap, as well as implementing support for content schedules.
  • Strengthens security by reducing the amount of time sensitive information sits unprotected in the system's memory.
  • Removed visual errors in select reports.
  • Fix issue with Allocation error messages not showing.

Modern CMS Editor Now Available for Catalogue Pages.

A new, user-friendly editor is now available for managing CMS Catalogue pages, designed to make creating and updating content simpler and more efficient. This enhanced editing experience includes a clean interface and intuitive tools, reducing complexity for users. The new editor will run alongside the existing version to support a smooth transition, with admin settings available to manage access to both versions as needed.

Fixes and updates that have been applied this week:

  • Reduced query execution time leads to significantly faster product recommendations, enhancing the overall speed of the application.
  • Improved website performance by preventing scripts from being downloaded twice. This update makes pages load faster and more efficiently.
  • Modified the Stock Required page to remove additional coloured line from table headers when dispatch groups are not present.
