Fixes and updates that have been applied this week:
- Changes made to remove leading or trailing spaces from email addresses to prevent errors during consignment process.
- Internal improvement of email server authentication.
- Updating how the customer’s last name is returned to ensure database information displays correctly on the My Details page.
- Fixed issue where picklist related order items would show up multiple times for the same order.
- Implementing a new payment provider - Qantas Points in platform. Adding support for apply/remove points from order, redeem points, refund points and processing Qantas Points orders.
- Fixed issue of not being able to edit Credit/Debit card information during checkout.

- Improved performance and reduced resource consumption for calculations of order and item total.
- Removed special pricing report from Viare where it is not applicable.
- When opening the click and collect module, the system now defaults to the Awaiting Collection tab and focus is set to the search bar for user to start process..
- New ‘Store Availability’ link added under Inventory Menu in Viare.
- Fix missing notification bar when scanning for single items orders.

Enhanced Orders Tab for Better Customer Insight and Efficiency
The Orders tab, within the Customer Detail page, has been redesigned to support a more detailed and user-friendly view of customer order history across both Viare and eStar eCommerce. The new layout introduces grouped parent/child order views, expanded order items by default, voucher visibility, and streamlined spacing and styling to enhance readability.
Key enhancements include the ability to search by order ID or external order ID, direct navigation to Order Detail, improved note editing, and a new popup modal for viewing notes and extended order information. This has been designed to support customer care workflows more effectively.
Fixes and updates that have been applied this week:
- Added 'Aspect' as a new condition type for catalogue generation allowing users to generate catalogues based on product aspects.
- Added optional support for 3DS challenge redirect flow in the Adyen payment provider.
- Added support for new optional RMProfiler setting that allows orders, where the fraud liability has been shifted to a 3rd party, to bypass RMProfiler.
- Improved logging for Latitude Direct payments.
- Fixed Product module to show more sizes and colours when editing product items.
- Performance improvement to decrease the load on the underlying database when supporting a headless API architecture.

Faster Fulfilment for Single Item Orders
We’ve introduced a new workflow to make processing single-item (singleton) orders faster and more efficient. These orders can now skip pigeonhole allocation and go straight from picking to packing, reducing the number of manual steps required.
With new tools to highlight single-order quantities, support for quick scanning, and options to auto-allocate and consign, your team can save valuable time and effort. This update is ideal for sites with a high volume of simple, one-item orders and helps ensure those orders are completed with maximum speed and minimal handling.
Special Pricing Audit Logging
Added full audit logging for special pricing to improve transparency and accountability. All changes made to special pricing are now tracked, including product, user, timestamp, old and new price, and action type. A new report under Sales Reports > Special Pricing Changes, provides filters, sorting, and export options for compliance reviews and historical analysis.
