Fixes and updates that have been applied this week:

  • A new “Type” field has been added to order details data source and Insights API to show whether an order is Delivery or Collection, with historical data updated for consistency.
  • 3rd party library updates to improve compatibility with Azure storage.
  • Added functionality to perform post processing on orders imported via the Orders API.
  • Fixed a bug where the count would be wrong in the Unit Detail by Priority when expanding picklist details.
  • Updated 3rd party component providing support for compressed files/archives.

Fixes and updates that have been applied this week:

  • Removed the ‘other’ field from the ‘Orders In Progress’ dashboard widget to improve performance in admin.
  • Improved on-site search suggestions so each brand/site now gets more accurate and consistent popular search results.

Fixes and updates that have been applied this week:

  • Introduces a conditional view of the process & dispatch dashboard when a 3PL dispatch point is selected, hiding the tabs/statuses that don’t apply.
  • A new routing control has been introduced to prevent orders from being reassigned to dispatch points that have previously declined them, improving routing consistency and outcomes.
  • Users can scan historic item barcodes to retrieve and print packing slips for singleton orders without.
  • Corrected behaviour causing the Orders Return screen to not load when reason lookup data contained entries missing a reason code.
  • Improvement to payment completion process within the Managed Payments API.
  • Add functionality to allow custom post processing to be added after orders have been imported, before the orders are assigned to Dispatch Points or Routed.

Fixes and updates that have been applied this week:

  • Improved performance of the inline splitting of items within an order, and partial splits to new order.
  • Fixed the Order Returns being stuck in loading state if error encountered during returns/replacements.
  • Fix the error message and error UI not showing for allocating items that require serial capture where either the barcode is not found or there are not enough pigeon holes left.
  • Fixed bug in Display state Customer/Account assignation.
