Paul Carroll to partner with eStar for an ultimate shopping experience for its customers

eStar, Australasia’s largest specialist eCommerce solutions company, today announced a new partnership with Australian shoe brand Paul Carroll. As part of the contract eStar will partner with Paul Carroll to transform its online presence for both wholesale and retail customers so that they can enjoy a seamless and highly integrated Omni-channel experience.

Aside from elevating the online platform for Paul Carroll to enable greater and easier integrations and functionalities; eStar will provide a consumer and B2B website for wholesale customers.

It will also be leading the customer experience design process for Paul Carroll. This will be a highly engaging process that includes deep analysis of its online customer behaviours, interviewing store sales people to determine what great one-to-one experiences look like, and digitally translating these physical experiences into the most desirable online experience for customers.

According to the Australian research report by IBIS World, the online shoe sales industry has flourished over the past five years and the industry revenue is expected to grow by an annualised 11.1 percent over the five years through 2018-19, to reach $510.5 million. With such high growth rate comes increased competition which calls for world-class customer experience to differentiate against the competition.

The new Paul Carroll eCommerce solution is scheduled to launch in the first half of 2019.
