Bed, Bath & Beyond targets additional growth online

Congratulations to Bed, Bath & Beyond on the launch of their new digital store which integrates their online and physical stores for the first time, and allows for their entire range to be presented online.

Following the implementation of a full eCommerce solution by eStar, the new site has been designed to improve Bed, Bath & Beyond’s brand experience.

eStar’s tailored website design has been built around best practise customer experience, and creates a more seamless experience online and across Bed, Bath & Beyond’s 57 stores. This includes integrating inventory across online and physical stores, integration to MailChimp, and making it easier to find and purchase any item online.

The new website also features enhanced analytics, online catalogues and improved store locators. Along with more options available to personalise the buying experience for high value customers, for example enclosing handwritten notes in deliveries.

The site is integrated with Harmony’s Point of Sale system to allow for automation of manual processes across products, pricing, stock availability and sales.

Products in home décor and furniture ‘Home Stores’, now have the entire range available online. Staff in all stores are incentivised to sell the full range, ensuring that customers have maximum choice, anywhere in the country. “Building a new eCommerce capability is an essential part of our growth strategy as we respond to changing customers’ browsing and purchasing habits, especially on mobile.
