For 45 years Paul Carroll have established themselves as Australia’s premium footwear destination, providing a wide range of stylish comfortable shoes for both men and women. They have 10 retail stores across Australia, manufacture fashionable corrective footwear and wholesale multiple brands to over 250 businesses across Australia.

eStar has proudly worked with some of Australasia’s largest retailers and has proven capability to deliver large scale eCommerce solutions across multiple brands within a retail group. eStar does not use third party systems integrators and their clients deal directly with the technology company delivering the platform.

eStar worked with the team at Paul Carroll to fully understand Paul Carroll’s business objectives. This, along with a comprehensive data analysis, exploration of customer pain points and review of customer expectations, helped formulate a customer experience design. The eStar customer experience design plan then informed the content requirements, functionality requirements and design requirements of the project.

All four of the new Paul Carroll websites are fully responsive and much faster than the previous sites. The new websites are on track to deliver more than $2M in revenue across 2020 and well exceed 20% growth year on year.

eStar’s dedicated account manager and the team continue to work with Paul Carroll to further develop and enhance their sites. They are now able to realise untapped potential with eStar’s fully integrated eCommerce platform and have invested in great foundations and scalability for the future.
